The Building My Dreams of the Faculty of Physical Sciences and Mathematics, University of Chile, with Corfo, Sofofa<span, Senadis and Mutual Security, on a quest to meet and learn from new experiences will hold an International Seminar on Entrepreneurship and Disability Program the 29 and 30 April 2015. registration culminate Wednesday 22 April 2015.
The objective of the seminar is to design, develop and transfer innovative tools and methodologies to improve the ability to undertake and manage projects of persons with disabilities.
Ignacio Veil ONCE Foundation of Spain and Shane Bratby of Disabled Entrepreneurs of England give their vision at work and promotion of entrepreneurship of people with disabilities in their respective countries.
This will have among its purposes to promote social responsibility while generating a network of social initiatives. To achieve this, you can participate in the seminar any establishment that government does not exclude individuals from public and private institutions with an interest in disability issues and entrepreneurship.
In addition, the International Seminar will host a series of plenary talks and discussions with academics and researchers in the areas of disability, Microenterprise, Gender and Social Development. also have panel discussions led by institutions that have a successful work experience, as Senadis, Telethon, Fosis and Mutual Security.
Thus it is expected to be among those attending the seminar to President Michelle Bachelet, the Ministers of Economy, Labour, Social Development and Welfare, among many other representatives of public, business and academia.
The seminar will close with Entrepreneurs Fair where people with disabilities will discuss their work and can be purchased its services and / or products.
Objectives:
Meet and socialize experiences of entrepreneurs with disabilities.
Explore and analyse the national and international stage with regard to public policy, disability, and entrepreneurship.
Cocreate proposals and methodologies to foster entrepreneurship with disabilities.
Encourage the promotion and the urgency to provide tools and opportunities for people with disabilities.
